For clients

What to expect, start to launch.

Four checkpoints, under three hours of your time, and no surprises. Here's how a project runs once you say yes.

How it runs

The four checkpoints.

Each one is a short call or an email approval. Everything in between is us.

  1. Step #1

    Kickoff

A short questionnaire and your materials. We confirm the spec, the price, and the launch date in writing.

  2. Step #2

    Words and design

Copy and design together, so the layout fits what the pages actually say. One review from you.

  3. Step #3

    Build

The site goes together on the platform we agreed on — Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or custom. Second review and final revisions.

  4. Step #4

    Launch

Domain connected, analytics and Search Console live, Google Business aligned, and a one-hour handoff call so your team can run it.

What we need from you.

A kickoff questionnaire

Fifteen minutes. What the business does, who the customer is, what the site must do, and what you like and don't.

Your materials

Logo, photos, any copy you have, and logins for your domain and existing accounts. We'll tell you exactly what and where.

Two reviews

One on words and design, one on the built site. Specific feedback beats 'make it pop' — we'll give you a short guide.

A handoff call

One hour at launch: how to edit the site, where everything lives, what to watch in the first month.

No risk in asking

Four promises, in writing.

Fixed price before we start

The scope is the contract. The number you approve is the number you pay.

Quote within 24 hours

Send the free quote form and get a real price back within one business day — no sales call required.

Under three hours of your time

One kickoff questionnaire, two focused reviews, one handoff call. We do the rest.

Out-of-scope work is quoted first

If the project grows mid-build, you get a written price before any extra work begins.

After launch

The first 30 days include fixes for anything we missed, a Search Console check, and a look at the first real traffic. After that, most clients pick a care plan or call us when something comes up. Either way you own the domain, the code, the content, and every account — there's nothing to untangle if you ever leave.

FAQ

Client questions.

How do we communicate?

Email for decisions and approvals, a short call at each checkpoint, and a shared doc with the schedule, links, and open questions. No project-management software to learn.

What do you need from us?

The kickoff questionnaire, your materials (logo, photos, copy you have, logins), and prompt reviews at the two checkpoints. Under three hours total for most projects.

What if we need changes after launch?

Small fixes in the first 30 days are on us. After that, a care plan or a quoted block of time.

Who owns what?

You own the domain, code, content, and every account. We set them up in your name from day one.
