What's included in a care plan?
Platform and plugin updates, backups, uptime and security monitoring, small content edits, and a block of senior development time each month for new sections, fixes, and improvements. Unused time doesn't roll over, but it's rarely unused.
Do I need one?
Not always. A Shopify store on a clean theme can run for years with occasional help. A WordPress site needs updates every month, and anyone who makes regular changes benefits from having a developer on call.
Can I cancel?
Yes, month to month. You own everything, so there's nothing to untangle.
Do you support sites you didn't build?
Yes, after a short audit so we know what we're taking on. Most sites qualify; a few need cleanup first, which we quote separately.
