Content and Commerce for a Country-Lifestyle Brand
A media brand with a large, loyal audience wanted its store to feel like part of the content — not a separate site bolted on the side.

The situation
The brand reaches millions of readers and viewers through stories, video, and social, and sells apparel and goods to the same audience. Commerce and content lived on separate systems with different looks, so traffic that arrived through a story rarely made it to a product page.
What we did
One storefront, same voice
A Shopify theme designed to match the editorial brand — typography, imagery, and tone — so moving from a story to a product doesn't feel like leaving the site.
Shoppable content
Story and video pages with product modules and collection blocks pulled from Shopify, and store pages that surface related stories, so the two sides feed each other.
Merchandising that follows the audience
Collections, bundles, and landing pages built around the moments the audience already shares — seasons, events, and recurring content series — with the team able to launch them without a developer.
Built for spikes
Launch and promotion traffic arrives in bursts. The theme and integrations were tested against those peaks, with analytics in place to see which content actually sells.
Why it matters
An audience is the hardest part of ecommerce to build, and this brand already had one. Connecting the content people love to the products they can buy turns that audience into a store that grows with every story.
