Shopify and NetSuite, in sync.
When a brand runs inventory, purchasing, and fulfillment in NetSuite, Shopify has to agree with it — every order, every unit, every price list, every time.
NetSuite with Shopify, in short.
Good Work integrates Shopify and Shopify Plus with Oracle NetSuite for brands whose ERP is the source of truth. Using a proven connector (such as Celigo or Oracle's NetSuite Connector) or a custom app where the connector falls short, we sync orders and refunds into NetSuite, inventory and items back to Shopify, fulfillments and tracking to customers, and B2B companies and price lists for wholesale buyers — with field mapping documented, error alerts, and a test plan before go-live. Quoted fixed within one business day.

The NetSuite setup, item by item.
Configured, tested, and documented — then handed to your team with a short walkthrough.
- Integration approach chosen: off-the-shelf connector, custom app, or both
- Order and refund flow from Shopify into NetSuite sales orders, cash sales, and credit memos
- Inventory levels by location synced back to Shopify on a schedule you control
- Items, variants, and pricing kept in step between the two systems
- Fulfillments and tracking numbers posted back to Shopify so customers get notified
- B2B companies, locations, price lists, and payment terms mapped for Shopify B2B
- Documented field mapping so your team knows where every value comes from
- Error queue and alerts for anything that fails to sync
- Full test plan run against a sandbox before launch
Where ERP integrations go wrong.
Most failed Shopify–NetSuite integrations didn't fail on day one — they drifted. A new product type nobody mapped, a discount that arrives as a line item NetSuite doesn't expect, a location added in one system and not the other, inventory syncing hourly when the warehouse needed it every five minutes. The fix is a written mapping, an error queue someone actually watches, and a test plan that covers refunds, partial fulfillments, gift cards, and B2B orders, not just the happy path.
How it's priced
When NetSuite is part of a complete Shopify store (from $4,800), setup is included in the fixed price. On its own — a new setup, a cleanup, or a fix — it's quoted as a fixed price within one business day, before any work starts. See pricing or try the price estimator.

NetSuite questions.
Straight answers before you commit.
Do we need Shopify Plus to integrate with NetSuite?
No, but most brands running NetSuite are on Plus for B2B, API limits, and checkout customization. The integration works on any plan.
Connector or custom app?
Start with a proven connector — it's cheaper and maintained. Add a custom app only for logic the connector can't handle, such as unusual bundles, custom B2B rules, or fields it doesn't map.
Can you integrate other ERPs?
Yes — Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, and Odoo follow the same approach: mapping, connector or custom app, alerts, and testing.
